HORNSTRANDIR Nature Reserve

There are 13 camping sites run by Hornstrandir office of the Environment Agency and 3 private campsites. At the official Environment Agency camping sites are outhouses. Toilets are fond at the camping sites in Höfn and in Hornvík, these are the two most popular camping sites where the park rangers are stationed over the summertime.

There is no charge for Environment Agency campingsites.

Please do not camp ouside the camping areas.
